Meet Caitlyn Beattie
I’m a a senior talent leader with over 15 years of HR experience helping organizations build the people systems that power growth. From entrepreneurial teams to national brands, I’ve led work that makes leaders stronger, teams more connected, and cultures more resilient, especially during times of change.
I began my career as an instructional designer and facilitator, creating and delivering training across the globe. I’ve since held Director-level roles leading both Talent Development and Organizational Change Management teams, building enterprise-wide learning strategies, leadership programs, and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. I’ve led full-scale people and culture teams as Head of HR, giving me a deep understanding of the complexity, pace, and strategic demands of executive leadership.
I’ve always been driven by a simple idea: work should be a place where people thrive. I’ve seen firsthand how the right tools, systems, and leadership can unlock incredible energy inside teams, and how the wrong ones can hold people back. Consulting allows me to partner with companies who care about doing things differently and build the kind of workplaces where people and performance thrive together.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of triplets and find joy in the simple, grounding parts of life: time with my husband and family, being in nature, reading, cooking, and planning our next travel adventure.
